What if I can't decide?

Do you offer custom designs or just templates?
Yes, every site is custom-designed to match your brand just the way you want it.
How long does it take to build my website?
Depending on scope and your business needs, it can take a week or 2-4 weeks.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
If you purchase the One Time Build you will have full access to your website's code. On a retainer plan edits are handled by the Ironside Forge team.
How are payments handled?
We use Stripe to handle retainer plan payments -- if you opt for a One Time Purchase plan billing can be handled multiple ways.
What happens if I want to cancel before the contract ends?
You can cancel anytime, but early termination fees may apply depending on your plan and how much time is remaining on your contract.
How do you handle late payments or missed invoices?
We send reminders at 7 and 14 days. After 30 days, services may be paused.
Can I get started without upfront costs?
Yes, our monthly plans spread the cost so there's no large upfront payment.
